Graphite Blocks Heat Exchangers

Thanks to close collaboration with our customers, we have developed unparalleled know-how in terms of thermal and mechanical sizing.
Our knowledge of the regulations in force allows us to offer you safe solutions for heating, cooling, condensing... your most corrosive fluids.

Graphite Blocks Heat Exchangers

Abilities

Our exchangers provide heating, cooling, condensation and evaporation of corrosive fluids.
Corrosive fluids are only in contact with anti-corrosion materials: Carbonite®, PP, PVDF, coated steel.
Service-side fluids (steam, water, etc.) are in contact with steel or coated parts.
Each CEPIC exchanger is made up of one or more Carbonite® exchange blocks.
The exchange blocks are pierced with two series of channels located in parallel planes, in which the fluids circulate. The process and service channels never cross, guaranteeing the absence of contact between the process and service fluids.
All our devices are sized according to the processes and specificities of our customers' applications and built according to the European pressure equipment directive PED 2014/68/EU.

More details

The artificial graphite impregnated CARBONITE®, with remarkable qualities, is an ideal material for the manufacture of heat exchangers:

  • Excellent resistance to corrosive fluids
  • Thermal conductivity 3 to 10 times greater than that of metals
  • Electrical conductivity ensured for use in ATEX
  • zones
  • Summary Draft and Final Draft Definition
  • Low coefficient of linear expansion
  • Temperature resistance up to 170°C

All parts in contact with corrosive fluids are made of Carbonite® or corrosion resistant materials (PTFE, PP, PVDF, coated steel).

ROBUSTNESS

Our heat exchangers are manufactured in Normandy, in Saint Etienne du Rouvray, 120 km north west of Paris. Our recent factory benefits from the best impregnation and machining technologies and the experience of our teams. This alliance, between know-how and best technologies, allows us to manufacture robust heat exchangers with particularly low total costs of ownership.

At your service

REACTIVITY

Our sales team is at your disposal to select the materials and constructions that meet your needs. In order to offer a complete service, we offer, in addition to our new pumps, a quality after-sales service (repair in our workshops, replacement parts). original spare). Dedicated technical monitoring of our installed pump fleet guarantees rapid service for the supply of spare parts, even several decades after initial commissioning.
