In contact with the fluid:
Process side: CARBONITE®, impregnated artificial graphite
Service side: carbon steel, stainless steel, PP/PVDF/PFA coated steel


Very compact equipment built in a single rectangular-shaped block. Possibility of carrying out heat exchange between two corrosive fluids. This conception allows for optimized heat exchange by making multiple passes on both sides, process side and service side. These heat exchangers are adapted to low flow rates.


For areas of up to 28 m². Exchange blocks are drilled with channels that have diameters of
8, 10, 12, 16, 18 or 20 mm depending on the operating conditions.


Operating pressure process side: 5 bars eff.
Operating pressure service side: 5 bar eff.
Operating temperature: up to 170°C depending on conditions of use.
(other conditions on request and according to model.)


Heat exchange possible between 2 corrosive fluids. High thermal load for low fluid flow rates.
Heating units, cooling units, condensing units


This pressure equipment may be labeled “CE” as per European regulations DESP 97/23
CE or according to any other international regulations.
