Available in NEH (standard drilling) or NXEH (dense drilling) versions, impregnated with phenolic resin, these new optimized cylindrical blocks constitute, by stacking, the heart of our new range of heat exchangers.
These graphite blocks of 600mm long, or 300mm long or 200mm long, associable between them, allow adaptability and perfect match to the closest need of our customers. With an external Ø of 225 to 900mm, with drilling 10/8, 10/10, 10/13, 16/8, 16/10 and 16/13, they offer a Process heat exchange area ranging from a minimum of 0.36m2 to a maximum of 27.15m2 per block.
NEH D and NXEH D versions, in 16/8 or 16/10 drilling, of identical design and external dimensions, provide at least, by doubling of the Process drilling, a "Process area / Service area" ratio roughly equal to two. The Process exchange areas are, in this configuration, from 0.5m2 minimum to 35m2 maximum.
