CEPIC Carbonite® rupture discs protect, by their bursting, installations subjected to stresses due to pressure variations.
In standard maximum of 170°c- 200°c for liquid phases with additional device- 300°C for the gaseous phases with additional economical device
The use of Carbonite® (fine-grained artificial graphite) makes it possible to produce economical, safe and corrosion-resistant discs, even for very low pressures.
CEPIC discs are manufactured according to the NF EN ISO 4126-2 standard and according to the requirements of the PED 97/23/EC directive.
Our range includes 7 series of discs to adapt to the most varied service conditions (burst pressures from 0.07 bar to 100 bar and DN from DN 25 to DN 600).
CEPIC rupture discs are used throughout the world in many industries: chemical industry, fine or specialty chemicals, petrochemicals, pharmaceuticals, food processing, water treatment, transport. Fixed or mobile applications.
